What You Bring to the Team:Extensive knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance Processes, Standard functionality Work Order Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Work Order Execution and Processing, Measuring Points, Functional Locations,, and Form Execution and SubmissionBachelors Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)Preferred Experience: have at least 3 full cycle implementation experience or equivalent experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficienciesSelf-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and team playerLeading teams and coordinating project activities is a huge plusAble to learn new technical skills easilyGood verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and diligentEntrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownershipEthical ConductExcellent Organizational SkillsExperience configuring the basic system for various modules of plant maintenance, custom solutions involving complex process design, interfaces, reporting, code evaluation to cross-process integration, collaborative and seamless solution is preferred
