SAP Plant Maintenance Solution Consultant
What You Bring to the Team:
Extensive knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance Processes, Standard functionality Work Order Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Work Order Execution and Processing, Measuring Points, Functional Locations,, and Form Execution and Submission
Bachelors Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)
Preferred Experience: have at least 3 full cycle implementation experience or equivalent experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and team player
Leading teams and coordinating project activities is a huge plus
Able to learn new technical skills easily
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and diligent
Entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership
Ethical Conduct
Excellent Organizational Skills
Experience configuring the basic system for various modules of plant maintenance, custom solutions involving complex process design, interfaces, reporting, code evaluation to cross-process integration, collaborative and seamless solution is preferred
