We are seeking motivated and driven Sales Personnel to join our team. As Sales Personnel, you will identify potential customers, pitch our product, and close deals. Plan and strategise various offline & online marketing activities. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with prospective customers to optimize conversions.Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential customers in the Indian college market Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels Schedule and conduct presentations and product demos for college representatives. Follow up with potential customers to close deals and convert them into paying customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Requirements: Proven sales experience in the education sector, preferably in the Indian market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Familiarity with the Indian college market and education system Understanding of psychological wellness and its importance in the education sector Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time-management and organisational skills Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
