we are seeking motivated and driven sales personnel to join our team. as sales personnel, you will identify potential customers, pitch our product, and close deals. plan and strategise various offline & online marketing activities. your goal will be to build strong relationships with prospective customers to optimize conversions.
key responsibilities:
• research and identify potential customers in the indian college market
• reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels
• schedule and conduct presentations and product demos for college representatives.
• follow up with potential customers to close deals and convert them into paying customers
• build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business
• collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game
• maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
• requirements:
• proven sales experience in the education sector, preferably in the indian market
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• familiarity with the indian college market and education system
• understanding of psychological wellness and its importance in the education sector
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• excellent time-management and organisational skills
• bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
