You will answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them.Must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or emailPerform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsDetermine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customersWalk the customer through the problem-solving processRecord events and problems and their resolutionFollow-up and update customer status and informationIdentify and suggest possible improvements on proceduresRequirements and skillsProven experience (5-8 years) as a help desk technician or other similar support role.Tech savvy with knowledge of Sharepoint adminstration, Office 365, Jira ticketing, LMS, desktop/printer/VOIP troubleshooting via remote control.Email configuration Working knowledge of Databases Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issuesExcellent English communication skillsCustomer-oriented and cool-temperedImportant: Working shift will be 3.30 am to 1.30 pm.
