Contacting potential clients and other resources (yoga trainers, physiotherapist, Doctors Etc.) through cold calls and emails.
Analysing and preparing the Performa for the project or events, sending quotations, agreements, LOI and duly following up the revert.
Preparing and keeping the track of all the documents, be it hard or soft copies.
Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
End to end project coordination.
Dealing with clients and other parties queries promptly and professionally (telephone, emails letter or others)
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
Getting the feedback from the clients and companys resources associated with the project or events.
Submission of daily work sheet to the reporting person by the end of the day.
