Set up, operate, and monitor PMMA extrusion lines to meet production goals. Optimize extrusion parameters to maintain product specifications (clarity, thickness, width, mechanical properties). Work closely with R&D and quality teams to develop and refine new acrylic sheet grades or profiles. Diagnose and resolve process issues, minimizing downtime and waste. Maintain detailed documentation of process conditions, adjustments, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance. Analyse production data and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs. Train and support production operators on best extrusion practices
