Extruder Operator (5-11 Years)

• Set up, operate, and monitor PMMA extrusion lines to meet production goals.

• Optimize extrusion parameters to maintain product specifications (clarity, thickness, width, mechanical properties).

• Work closely with R&D and quality teams to develop and refine new acrylic sheet grades or profiles.

• Diagnose and resolve process issues, minimizing downtime and waste.

• Maintain detailed documentation of process conditions, adjustments, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance.

• Analyse production data and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs.

• Train and support production operators on best extrusion practices
