We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy to join our team in North Kolkata. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with varying experience levels, including those who have just finished their education. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering items to customers and ensuring that their experience is positive.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Item Delivery:** Transport products from our location to customer addresses in a timely manner, ensuring that all deliveries are made according to schedule.- **Customer Interaction:** Greet and assist customers during the delivery process, addressing any questions they may have about their orders.- **Order Accuracy:** Verify that the items being delivered match the customer's order to maintain high service quality.- **Route Planning:** Plan efficient routes to ensure fast and safe delivery to various locations within North Kolkata.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including customer signatures and any issues encountered during the delivery process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be able to follow instructions carefully.- Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.- Candidates should possess a valid driver's license or a two-wheeler to carry out deliveries effectively.- A positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.- Candidates should be physically fit and able to handle items of varying weights.
