We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy to join our team in North Kolkata. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering items to customers and ensuring that their experience is positive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Item Delivery: Transport products from our location to customer addresses in a timely manner, ensuring that all deliveries are made according to schedule.

- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers during the delivery process, addressing any questions they may have about their orders.

- Order Accuracy: Verify that the items being delivered match the customer's order to maintain high service quality.

- Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to ensure fast and safe delivery to various locations within North Kolkata.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including customer signatures and any issues encountered during the delivery process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be able to follow instructions carefully.

- Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess a valid driver's license or a two-wheeler to carry out deliveries effectively.
