Complete export and Import shipment process. Knowledge of Customs legislation's on Import, export, customs clearing procedures. Look after dispatch schedules and coordinate with the production team at the factory. Regular interaction with factory officials for on time production aligns with the dispatch schedule. On-Time delivery by liaising with freight forwarders and the customer's destination team. Ensure on time delivery at customer place as per committed estimated time. Close monitoring of delivery clearance systems at the destination point, minimizing costs until it reaches the customer. Timely upload data in ERP Software. Effective team player with written verbal communication

Design and update job descriptions. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to Directos/MD Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan. Handling of administration and record-keeping. Interviewing candidates. Preparing job offers. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
