Responsibilities- 1. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. 2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers for successful sales closures. 3. Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication. 4. Conduct regular visits to customer locations to promote services and generate leads. 5. Coordinate corporate visits for clients and partners, ensuring a professional environment. 6. Research potential business opportunities and markets. 7. Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. 8. Provide strategic guidance to optimize team performance. 9. Monitor sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities. 10. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior. 11. Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions and conferences.

Personal car drivers

Responsibilities -1. Handle accounts payable and receivable along with Tally backup.2. Maintain records of business costs, such as labor, admin, stationery etc.3. Check invoices for inaccuracies & TDS calculations.4. Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.5. Contact clients about invoices that are past due & handle general account queries.6. Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.7. Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.8. Ensure punctual and accurate filing of PF, ESIC, and PT returns.9. Address any queries or issues related to PF, ESIC, and PT raised by employees or regulatory authorities.10. Manage the entire payroll cycle.

Responsibilities-1. Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, surveys, or other channels to gather feedback regarding their experiences with our products/services. 2. Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the call, preparing, scheduling meetings with clients 3. Input new sales inquiries into the companys database and update program files in the database as needed.4. Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.5. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 6. Present our products/services to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits. 7. Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including networking events, and referrals.8. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in the company's CRM system. 9. Respond promptly and professionally to new leads received from various platforms, including but not limited to website inquiries, social media channels, and email campaigns.
