Their main role is to assess the needs of individuals or businesses and recommend suitable insurance products such as life, health, motor, or general insurance to protect against financial risks.Key Responsibilities:1. Client InteractionMeet and communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.2. Policy RecommendationSuggest appropriate insurance plans (life, health, vehicle, property, etc.).Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.3. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads and convert them into sales.Meet sales targets set by the company.4. Customer SupportAssist clients with claim settlements and policy renewals.Provide after-sales service and policy updates.5.
