Employee Central SAP Sucessfactors SAP HCM EC
8+ years of overall SAP HR / HCM experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors. Should have minimum 2 E2E implementations in SuccessFactors. E2E Implementation should be a greenfield project with multiple modules of SuccessFactors being implemented and having geographic spread of 30+ countries. Should have handled minimum 3+ SuccessFactors support projects with client having a large geographic spread. Exposure to clients with geographic spread which includes Asia, Americas and Europe. Employee Central technical skillset is mandatory and should have worked on all sub modules/features in Employee Central. Should have Time Off Implementation experience across multiple geographies. Expected to have in-dept process knowledge of other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding and PMGM. Should have worked on Employee Central Integrations etc to various systems. Deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, data model, and integrations (via CPI, Integration Center, APIs). Experience managing quarterly releases, change control, and test cycles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing offshore/onshore support teams.
