8+ years of overall SAP HR / HCM experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Should have minimum 2 E2E implementations in SuccessFactors. E2E Implementation should be a greenfield project with multiple modules of SuccessFactors being implemented and having geographic spread of 30+ countries.
• Should have handled minimum 3+ SuccessFactors support projects with client having a large geographic spread. Exposure to clients with geographic spread which includes Asia, Americas and Europe.
• Employee Central technical skillset is mandatory and should have worked on all sub modules/features in Employee Central. Should have Time Off Implementation experience across multiple geographies.
• Expected to have in-dept process knowledge of other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding and PMGM.
• Should have worked on Employee Central Integrations etc to various systems. Deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture, data model, and integrations (via CPI, Integration Center, APIs).
• Experience managing quarterly releases, change control, and test cycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing offshore/onshore support teams.
