Project Coordinator ensures to plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional projects that are significant in scope and impact. Coordinate the work of professionals, service/product providers, stake holders and internal staff throughout the project life cycle. The core elements of this job are about organizing people and time seeing the project through from inception to completion. Project engineers have responsibility for meeting the businesses or clients needs.TASKS-Preparing project plan, Project Charter, GANTT Charts-Coordinating staff and internal resources-Managing project progress and adapt work as required-Ensuring projects meet deadlines-Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders-Designing and signing off on contracts/appropriate vendor selection process-Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation-Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission and review-Designing Project risk mitigation plan-Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary-Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projectsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-Developing project plans, project charter, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed-Developing schedules and methods for measuring results-Guiding and performing analysis for the project-Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion-Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities-Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products-Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.-Planning and/or implementation of projects. Participate in the design and/or testing phases.-Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional area

-Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths.-Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender.-Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.-Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.-Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.-Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.-Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.-Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.-Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.-Assisting with unloading and storing stock.
