Project Coordinator (Management)

Project Coordinator ensures to plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional projects that are significant in scope and impact. Coordinate the work of professionals, service/product providers, stake holders and internal staff throughout the project life cycle. The core elements of this job are about organizing people and time seeing the project through from inception to completion. Project engineers have responsibility for meeting the businesses or clients needs.

TASKS

-Preparing project plan, Project Charter, GANTT Charts

-Coordinating staff and internal resources

-Managing project progress and adapt work as required

-Ensuring projects meet deadlines

-Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

-Designing and signing off on contracts/appropriate vendor selection process

-Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

-Participating in tender process ., design, submission and review

-Designing Project risk mitigation plan

-Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

-Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Developing project plans, project charter, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

-Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

-Guiding and performing analysis for the project

-Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

-Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

-Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products

-Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

-Planning and/or implementation of projects. Participate in the design and/or testing phases.

-Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional area
