1. Managing all front office operations - Arrival & Departure2. Handle guest issues politely3.Responsible for Reservation & Confirmation4. Efficiently Managing Multi Tasks during peak hours5.Allocate rooms to all arriving guests as per preferences and maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages6. Maintain all guest folios as per billing instructions.7. Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms8.Prepare, understand and communicate all relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics.9.Maintain and settle the guest ledger rendering accountability for the days transactions10. Handle all incoming telephone calls as per standards instructed and maintain a physical count of all room keys in each shift12. Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly as per standards.13. Ensure that proper records are maintained for all telephone calls from the rooms14. Ensure that all transactions are supported with vouchers.15. Ensure accurate cash handover.16. Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
