Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Work on determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. Work on attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites. Work on arranging the management interviews by coordinating schedules.
