About The Job

Paid Internship (A fixed performance incentive of INR 8500 will be paid for each successful closure/placement)

Selected Candidate's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Work on achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising clients.

Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.

Work on determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.

Work on attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.

Work on arranging the management interviews by coordinating schedules.

Work on updating the job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks, and participating in professional organizations

Work on accomplishing human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
