Development &Technical Support for resolution of Gateway, PC Cards, Embedded modules/ASICs, customized solutions based on our network controller, real-time kernel and protocol stack; Industry 4.0 & all Hilscher Products related queries of customers Troubleshoot, Research, Bug reporting, Diagnose, Document and Resolve technical issues. Evaluate communication technologies & implement solutions at customer end, prepare demo kits Prepare technical mailers for customers Provide response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field issues To provide complete technical support and product training to all customers as well as internal team, channel partners. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks Provide a high level of technical support to the customer base with a high focus on business growth. Initiate and build relationships with customers to enhance long term business prospects Analysing scope of work, developing concepts together with customer, project management, customer training. Ready to travel throughout India for customer support, installations etc. as & when required Support to Sales & Marketing activities by providing product technical data
