technical support for industrial automation, industrial communication, protocol, plc, gateway, pc card, embedded module/ asics, profibus, profinet, iot, industry , cloud communication, docker, raspberry pi, node-red, rest api, mqtt, opc-ua, gprs/gsm, wi-fi, serial rs232/rs485, modbus rtu, spi, i2c.

 development &technical support for resolution of gateway, pc cards, embedded modules/asics, customized solutions based on our network controller, real-time kernel and protocol stack; industry & all hilscher products related queries of customers

 troubleshoot, research, bug reporting, diagnose, document and resolve technical issues.

 evaluate communication technologies & implement solutions at customer end, prepare demo kits

 prepare technical mailers for customers

 provide response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field issues

 to provide complete technical support and product training to all customers as well as internal team, channel partners.

 maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks

 provide a high level of technical support to the customer base with a high focus on business growth.

 initiate and build relationships with customers to enhance long term business prospects

 analysing scope of work, developing concepts together with customer, project management, customer training.

 ready to travel throughout india for customer support, installations etc. as & when required

 support to sales & marketing activities by providing product technical data
