 Prepare technical mailers for customers
 Provide response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field issues
 To provide complete technical support and product training to all customers as well as internal team, channel partners.
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks
