We have been retained to Search for CEO/COO for this brand whose main purpose is for expansion of the brand both financially and presence wise. Location : ChennaiPosition reports to : MDJob Responsibilities: Strategy formulation for higher revenues, profitability, and execution Report to the MD/Board on the improvements/Changes needed Advise Board on further expansions plans Enhance brand visibility and improve sales Oversee Finance and banking operations and ensure higher brand evaluations Explore ways of further fund-raising Oversee the Overall operations and profitability of the two divisions Mall and Luxury residencesCandidate Profile : ? 15 to 20 years of experience in managing Large Real Estate or Infra companies of above Rs 1000 Crores assets. ? Must have been part of growth story in Rs 1000 Crores and above range. ? Ideal to have worked as CFO before becoming CEO? Thought leader and excellent communication skills?
