about client :

our client is a well-known national level brand with interests in infrastructure, media and philanthropy. we have been retained to search for ceo/coo for this brand whose main purpose is for expansion of the brand both financially and presence wise.

location : chennai

position reports to : md

job responsibilities:

• strategy formulation for higher revenues, profitability, and execution

• report to the md/board on the improvements/changes needed

• advise board on further expansions plans

• enhance brand visibility and improve sales

• oversee finance and banking operations and ensure higher brand evaluations

• explore ways of further fund-raising

• oversee the overall operations and profitability of the two divisions – mall and luxury residences

candidate profile :

? 15 to 20 years of experience in managing large real estate or infra companies of above rs 1000 crores assets.

? must have been part of growth story in rs 1000 crores and above range.

? ideal to have worked as cfo before becoming ceo

? thought leader and excellent communication skills

? good b-school degree or ca

compensation range : as per market standards – with good basis and bonus every six months for performance.
