Providing assistance, troubleshooting, clarifying, and closing customer queries/issues. Reporting and creating documentation that captures test data and results. Work closely with the engineering and laboratory teams to analyze and identify the root cause of the issues, as well as provide supporting documentation. Prepare laboratory and testing materials/equipment required to support remote customers/distributors, as well as research and clinical site activities. Internal real-time stability testing, batch/lot analysis, and reporting are all supported. Travel to field customer sites and clinical study sites may be required. Responsibilities may change based on business needs.
