Key Skillsets:- Skilled in Finite Element Analysis;- Produce and update the necessary structural drawings according to plan.- Well-versed in Life Extension Projects;- Well versed in relevant legal regulations and standards; - Able to establish and maintain good communication with clients and authorities;Responsibilities:- Execution of all structural designs in accordance with project requirements, and all other relevant standard and requirements.- Drawing up overall and specific stage program in line with Project Schedule agreed.- Delegation of works to supporting staff and supervision of their works.- Liaison with Project Consultants and other external bodies as may be necessary for the progress of works.- Production of relevant reports and drawings with specifications in line with an agreed Project Plan.- Analysis of the works scope and reporting to Senior Management team.- Production of Structural Engineering calculations, specifications and reports in accordance with project requirements for submission to external bodies for comments/approval as may be necessary.Requirement:- Experience in shipbuilding, marine & offshore industries preferred; - Professional Engineer status an advantage; - All work permits will be arranged by employer;- Able to start work March, option to work remotely for the 1st 3 months and then fly to project location;

Responsibilities:- Able to design mechanical & hydraulic equipment & machinery;- Well-versed in producing design drawing details and systems for fabrication and installation;- Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions;- Creates CAD drawings for engineering projects including design tender drawing, shop drawing for consultant approval, construction drawing, coordination drawing, as-built drawing prior to fabrication works execution;- Understand project scope of supply and perform panel design following customer requirement;- Knowledge transfer to engineer on design and drafting skills.- Reporting to Senior Management team.Requirements:- Qualified in technical designs and fabrication;- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;- Experience in either of these industries would be preferred: Construction/Oil & Gas/Shipbuilding;- Able to travel and be stationed out-of-state if required;- Available to start work within March 2023.- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an added advantage.- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.- A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications:- Qualified as an engineer in any discipline, although a civil or mechanical engineering degree would be preferred;- Work experience in outdoor project environment of between 3 to 5 years;- Familiar with project site coordination and management;Requirement:- Able to multitask and switch roles as and when required- Experience in either of these industries would be preferred: Construction/Oil & Gas/Shipbuilding;- Able to travel and be stationed out-of-state if required;- Available to start work within March 2023.- Desire to learn new software and acquire new areas of expertise;- Enjoy, working with and supervising site workers;- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an added advantage.- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.- A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Highly adaptable and flexible to changes and getting involved in across a range of projects and challenges.
