The candidate will play a key role in attracting talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & HiringPost job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.Manage end-to-end recruitment process.Employee OnboardingComplete joining formalities and documentation.Verify candidate documents.Conduct induction and orientation programs.Maintain employee records and databases
