This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for hair styling and a desire to grow in the beauty industry. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Hair Cutting and Styling:** Perform various hair cutting techniques and styles based on the clients preferences and latest trends to enhance their appearance.- **Hair Coloring:** Apply different coloring techniques, including highlights and lowlights, ensuring that the results complement the clients skin tone and style.- **Consultations:** Engage with clients to understand their hair needs and provide expert advice on styles, treatments, and maintenance for their hair type.- **Hair Treatments:** Administer treatments such as conditioning and scalp treatments to promote healthy hair and scalp, enhancing overall client satisfaction.- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the salon and workstations clean and organized to provide a comfortable environment for clients and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while addressing clients' questions and concerns.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a genuine interest in hairdressing. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
