We are looking for a talented Hair Dresser to join our team in Kolkata. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for hair styling and a desire to grow in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform various hair cutting techniques and styles based on the clients’ preferences and latest trends to enhance their appearance.

- Hair Coloring: Apply different coloring techniques, including highlights and lowlights, ensuring that the results complement the client’s skin tone and style.

- Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their hair needs and provide expert advice on styles, treatments, and maintenance for their hair type.

- Hair Treatments: Administer treatments such as conditioning and scalp treatments to promote healthy hair and scalp, enhancing overall client satisfaction.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the salon and workstations clean and organized to provide a comfortable environment for clients and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while addressing clients' questions and concerns.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a genuine interest in hairdressing. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important for understanding client needs and building lasting relationships. Previous experience in hair dressing is a plus, but those with little to no experience are also encouraged to apply, as we provide training and support.
