The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development.### Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.- Manage employee relations and performance management.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.- Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business objectives.### Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry.- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Proficient in HR software and data analysis.Join us to shape a positive work culture and drive the success of our gyms!
