### job summary

we are looking for a human resources head to lead hr operations for our five gyms in kuwait. the ideal candidate will develop and implement hr strategies to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development.

### key responsibilities

- develop and execute hr policies and procedures.

- oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.

- manage employee relations and performance management.

- ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.

- analyze hr metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- collaborate with management to align hr goals with business objectives.

### qualifications

- bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

- minimum 5 years of hr experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry.

- strong understanding of hr best practices and labor laws.

- excellent communication and leadership skills.

- proficient in hr software and data analysis.
