- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services: As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote the products or services offered by the company.- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries: You will also be required to answer incoming calls from customers who have inquiries about the products or services, and provide them with the necessary information.- Understand and adhere to call center scripting and policies: It is important for you to understand and adhere to the call center scripting and policies provided by the company in order to maintain consistency in communication with customers.- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers: You should always maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers, ensuring that they have a pleasant experience when interacting with the company.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Basic English proficiency: You should have a basic proficiency in the English language in order to effectively communicate with customers.2. Basic computer skills: A basic knowledge of computer skills is required to navigate through customer databases and call center systems.3. Good communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to customers and addressing their inquiries.4. Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.5. Ability to work full-time and from the office in Kolkata.
