Desired Candidate Profile1. Should have worked as Business development manager/assistance manager/senior executive with experience in selling services(preferably IT services) or products or healthcare devices, or part of supply chain services in healthcare industry. 2. Strong understanding of domestic health care industry with exposure to hospital IT systems or supply chain process. 3. Possess good business network in domestic/international healthcare industry.4. Exposure to international sales is a big advantage. 5. Process oriented and well-versed with different aspects of business development process from lead generation, follow up, pre-sales, and CRM. 6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills7. Highly enthusiastic and result orientedEducation: Graduate, Postgraduate in any science/engineering discipline IT literacy in MS office suite with good exposure to Outlook, excel and PPT. Any exposure, certification in EMR, supply chain, hospital ERP is advantageous.

Requirements:1) Experience in people management in KPO/BPO non voice process. Project management involving service delivery, resource management, Quality management, Operation management managing process input, output, efficiency and productivity. People management at least 3-5 assigning day to work, monitoring, mentoring etc Client facing in understanding requirement and clarifying the deliverables2) Good communication skills3) Good MS-Office skills must in Excel and others ok. 4) Domain knowledge related to material management, procurement is helpful, 5) Knowledge of IT application like SAP Ariba, SQL would be added advantage. 6) Experience of working in hospital in procurement, IT, clinical
