1) Experience in people management in KPO/BPO non voice process.

Project management involving service delivery, resource management, Quality management,

Operation management managing process input, output, efficiency and productivity.

People management at least 3-5 assigning day to work, monitoring, mentoring etc

Client facing in understanding requirement and clarifying the deliverables
