You will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include Greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring. You may also assist with billing, invoicing, updating student files, and ordering office supplies. Coordinate and respond to facility inquires Organize and maintain schedule of training Offer the registration form to new students (Registration form contains name, mobile no, address, email, how they came to know the about center, referral and others) Perform billing, collect the payments Monitor office Maintains Coordinate and respond to facility inquires Manage the Accounts Payable in coordination with Minneapolis receptionist Ensure clients, candidates and other visitors experience a professional, welcoming and friendly reception, both in person and on the phone Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, including the production of documentation and the arranging of catering as needed Ensure office supplies are regularly audited and replenished as required Manage all posts, couriers, security lists and building access requestsQualifications and Skills Female Candidates Education: Computer Graduate (BCA, BSc (CS), BSc (IT), BE (CS), BE (IT), MCA, MSc (CS), MSc (IT) Good Communication skills Should know English, Tamil
