- Prepare and maintain purchase and sales contracts for the proper execution of designated commodity- Coordinate accurately daily activity between the original locations and the freight companies, to ensure the goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner.-Communicate regularly with the logistics department to ensure the accuracy of the executed files- Prepare export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Phyto, COO, Bill of Lading, SGS, Cargo Insurance, and other applicable docs that may be required- Prepare shipping instructions to be sent to the freight forwarder-Communicate with the buyer to confirm approval of the export documents in a timely manner- Track shipments on a regular basis in order to avoid any costly charges that may arise- Record shipments in Graintrack and spreadsheet- Communicate with the trans-loading facility to ensure proper TAs are in place- Use Online Banking to post all documents for export- Use online courier services such as DHL, UPS or FedEx for shipping original documents- Maintain online filing system (purchase & sales & logistics spreadsheet)- Work with all departments in the organization.- Will be required to work in the Canadian time zone. (6 pm to 4 am)- Fluent in English communication.
