The role will include the following responsibilities: Calling leads provided by Digital Marketing, product briefings, case closing, and relationship management. Maintaining a steady line of communication with leads during the pre- and post-sales processes via phone, meetings, emails, chat, and social media In order to maximise lead closure, keep a thorough record of all your interactions with leads and give the managers regular feedback.Skills Required for this role: Graduate with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Good computer skills, especially MS Excel. BPO or sales knowledge would be an added advantage
