We are seeking an ITI Turner to join our team in Wadgaon Sheri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lathe machines and producing precision components.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set Up and Operate Machines**: You will set up lathe machines based on technical drawings and specifications to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly.- **Precision Measurements**: You will use measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to check the dimensions and ensure that the components meet the required specifications.- **Quality Control**: You will inspect finished products for defects and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.- **Maintain Equipment**: You will be responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of lathe machines to ensure they work efficiently and safely.- **Troubleshooting**: In case of machine malfunctions, you will identify issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments based on standard procedures.- **Collaborate with Team Members**: You will work closely with fellow team members to coordinate tasks and share knowledge for efficient workflow.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a vocational training in turning and operate machinery effectively. A background of 1 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment is essential. Familiarity with engineering drawings and precision tooling is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
