Looking For ITI Turner

We are seeking an ITI Turner to join our team in Wadgaon Sheri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lathe machines and producing precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up and Operate Machines: You will set up lathe machines based on technical drawings and specifications to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly.

- Precision Measurements: You will use measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to check the dimensions and ensure that the components meet the required specifications.

- Quality Control: You will inspect finished products for defects and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

- Maintain Equipment: You will be responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of lathe machines to ensure they work efficiently and safely.

- Troubleshooting: In case of machine malfunctions, you will identify issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments based on standard procedures.

- Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with fellow team members to coordinate tasks and share knowledge for efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a vocational training in turning and operate machinery effectively. A background of 1 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment is essential. Familiarity with engineering drawings and precision tooling is necessary.
