Controlling chart of accounts & overseeing accounts function includingapproval of all vouchers, receipts & payments, supervising daily work by team,reviewing reconciliations (bank, cash, receivables, payables) & ensuringstatutory compliances (TDS, Income Tax & VAT). Approving all adjustments to accounts, preparing monthly & annual accounts& providing data for monthly MIS.Facilitating statutory audit of accounts & quarterly internal audits. Maintainingsecurity and confidentiality of organisations financial information. Establishing formal mechanisms for obtaining feedback from Accounts team. Managing department personnel (determining manpower requirements,establishing hierarchy and reporting relationships between personnel, teamtraining, development & appraisal).
