Preparation of TEV Reports covering the following aspects:- Technical feasibility of the Project- Commercial feasibility of the project ; Industry Overview, Govt. Policies, Marketing Strategies, Strategies to overcome the barrier to entry/competition,- Conducting industry research on the various type of industries- Financial Viability of the project ; Cost of project and means of finance, DSCR/IRR/ Payback period, Break Even Point and Sensitivity Analysis, etc.- SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis- Interacting with senior bankers and clients: senior executives.- Facilitating due diligence.Key Skills:- Hands on experience in Preparation of Detailed Project Report/ Techno-Economic Viability Study Report.- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen.- Proficient in excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Robust critical analysis skills.- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.- Excel, MS-Office Word, Power-point.Educational qualifications:CA/CFA,PGDMMBA (Finance)B.tech(with good knowledge of finance)
