preparation of tev reports covering the following aspects:

- technical feasibility of the project

- commercial feasibility of the project ; industry overview, govt. policies, marketing strategies, strategies to overcome the barrier to entry/competition,

- conducting industry research on the various type of industries

- financial viability of the project ; cost of project and means of finance, dscr/irr/ payback period, break even point and sensitivity analysis, etc.

- swot analysis, risk analysis

- interacting with senior bankers and clients: senior executives.

- facilitating due diligence.

key skills:

- hands on experience in preparation of detailed project report/ techno-economic viability study report.

- fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen.

- proficient in excel financial modeling and powerpoint presentations.

- strong verbal and written communication skills.

- robust critical analysis skills.

- assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

mba (finance)
