Manager(TEV)

Preparation of TEV Reports covering the following aspects:

- Technical feasibility of the Project

- Commercial feasibility of the project ; Industry Overview, Govt. Policies, Marketing Strategies, Strategies to overcome the barrier to entry/competition,

- Conducting industry research on the various type of industries

- Financial Viability of the project ; Cost of project and means of finance, DSCR/IRR/ Payback period, Break Even Point and Sensitivity Analysis, etc.

- SWOT Analysis, Risk Analysis

- Interacting with senior bankers and clients: senior executives.

- Facilitating due diligence.

Key Skills:

- Hands on experience in Preparation of Detailed Project Report/ Techno-Economic Viability Study Report.

- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen.

- Proficient in excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust critical analysis skills.

- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Excel, MS-Office Word, Power-point.

Educational qualifications:

CA/CFA,PGDM
