We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment and must have at least completed their 10th grade education. This is a full-time position, and we expect the selected candidate to work on-site.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Ingredient Preparation:** Assist in washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients needed for various dishes. This helps the kitchen run smoothly and ensures all meals are ready on time.- **Cooking Support:** Aid senior chefs in cooking various dishes, following their instructions closely to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.- **Kitchen Cleanliness:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. A clean workspace is essential for food safety and efficiency.- **Stock Management:** Help in receiving and storing ingredients properly, ensuring freshness and availability for cooking.- **Equipment Maintenance:** Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Proper maintenance ensures tools are functioning well and safe to use.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have basic cooking skills and a passion for food.
