As a key member of our front office team, you will assist in administrative tasks, manage communication, and support the daily operations of the organizationKey responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain the office calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, and document preparation). Coordinate and communicate with other teams to ensure smooth office operations. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.Preferred Skill: Experience in a corporate or hospitality environment. Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, fax machines). Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
