Record the store materials receipt and consumption on a daily basis. Checking the stock as per records. Receiving materials, stocking, recording of receipts, assisting the Engineers to prepare quality reports of the received materials. Issue materials as per indent for different works. General supervision on the site regarding wastage of materials, improper use of materials etc. Recollecting any balance/ unused materials at the end of the working days. Handing over of the charge of materials lying in the site premises of the night duty personnel from the day security guards. Update records on display boards and display slates regarding the stock. Prepare weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly consumption reports jointly with the Junior Engineer/ Supervisor. Prepare a list of excess materials. Update the stock periodically. Inform the concerned Engineer/ Supervisor/ Site In charge/ project manager of the status of balance materials in order to raise further indent. Follow up with suppliers, with prior consent from purchase department, to ensure timely supply. Maintain records of departmental tools, machinery etc. on site. Maintain record of cash purchase. Records of empty cement bags received from contractor. Maintain records of electricity and water bills. Inform the concerned Engineer of the working condition of the machinery.

*Preparation of budget and budgetary control (Monthly,Quarterly,Annually) *Prepare Cash Flow - Time bound cost.*Prepare micro plan for any particular work package.*Should be able to prepare DPR or MPR for internal and external submissions and manage contractual issues proactively. *Timely reporting of work schedule and progress and ability to identify the critical issues and update the project manager *Monitor the work progress, compare it to the accepted program of work and report to the Project Manager.*Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth running of the project.*Prepare weekly, monthly (or any period agreed with the Project Management & Construction Management) reports about the status of construction progress *Evaluate, and forecast project progress and performance against the established accepted, or amended schedule with critical milestones. *Should be responsible for Preparation, checking of department billing for various Works, Materials, and Services *Coordination with the Finance department and assurance of fulfillment of all formalities and documentation for smooth payments. *Should know IS 1200 Code *Should know Tender analysis

The responsibilities of the Billing Engineer will include maintain and balance the income generation and advancement of any project at the sites by observing the work from the workplace itself. JOB DESCRIPTION:- Experience in road and bridges. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Engineers and/or the client Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work Ensure that the BOQ descriptions, units, pricing preamble and method of measurements are synchronized Perform risk, value management, and cost control Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks Prepare and analyze costing for tenders Preparation of Monthly Progress Report, Fortnightly Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report and Daily Progress Report. Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) Report Evaluation of variations, additional work, field changes, additions and omissions. Collaborate with Civil Engineers, Site In-charge to determine the specifications of the project Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Ensuring compliance with minimum standards of material and workmanship in order to ensure the performance of the facility according to the design. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems. Manage to lift all types of equipment, handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule. Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant

Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction. Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval. Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure. Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. To design the mechanical components of a building, the air and plumbing systems within a building. Attend meetings related to the construction project, and go on job site walks to ensure the project is being built properly. To ensure the equipment is erected, pre-commissioned, tested (if required), and commissioned in accordance with agreed contracts. Coordination with equipment suppliers is an important task during construction. Responsible for the records of the tasks, which will be the basis for troubleshooting later and may also impact the warranty claims. To supervise all installations of machines and equipment at site thereby ensuring fulfillment of industry standards and requirements. To review the progress meeting and will inspect the machine components or other machinery. Incoming Inspection checking the dimensions of the incoming material (rather of the sample) to ensure that the materials dimensions are within the permissible limits. Up-keep and ensuring maintenance of various machines used at the site. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the Mechanical workgroups at the site. Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to civil groups. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all Mechanical groups at a site. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required. Travelling to sites, when necessary. Taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land in order to establish legal boundaries. Employing specialized equipment, including distance measuring wheels, GPS, and geographic information system (GIS) devices to measure boundaries and contours. Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements. Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land. Researching and consulting historical maps and surveys, as well as legal documents, relating to the property or section of land they are measuring. Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs. Presenting data to clients and preparing reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information. Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary.
