We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team in Mysore. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Preparation of Surfaces:** Clean and prepare surfaces that need painting by scraping, sanding, or filling holes, ensuring a smooth finish.- **Mixing Paint:** Combine paint and other materials to create the right color and texture as per the project requirements.- **Application of Paint:** Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, focusing on achieving a high-quality finish.- **Maintenance of Tools:** Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each use, ensuring they remain in good condition for future projects.- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to create a safe working environment, including the use of protective gear.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a strong eye for detail and color accuracy to ensure the best results.
