**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Preparation of Surfaces:** Clean and prepare surfaces that need painting by scraping, sanding, or filling holes, ensuring a smooth finish.

- **Mixing Paint:** Combine paint and other materials to create the right color and texture as per the project requirements.

- **Application of Paint:** Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, focusing on achieving a high-quality finish.

- **Maintenance of Tools:** Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each use, ensuring they remain in good condition for future projects.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to create a safe working environment, including the use of protective gear.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a strong eye for detail and color accuracy to ensure the best results. You should be physically fit and able to stand for long periods, as the job can be physically demanding.
