Workload Automation EngineerThis Job role is remote and Timings are EST , 5PM- 2AM ISTOnly Immediate joiners applyOverview:We are seeking a Workload Automation Engineer to support and optimize our enterprise scheduling and Managed File Transfer environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience with workload automation tools, scripting, troubleshooting complex job workflows, develop efficient file transfer solutions, encryption, ensure secure and reliable exchange of data. Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and optimize automated job schedules and workflows. Monitor job execution and resolve failures or performance issues. Support and administer Workload Automation platforms (JAMS and Tidal). Develop automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Shell, SQL). Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. Document workflows, procedures, and standards. Design and develop file transfer workflows, automation scripts, and customizations within the Globalscape MFT platform. Maintain secure transmission standards (TLS, PGP/GPG encryption). Implement and configure file transfer protocols, security settings, user access controls, and encryption mechanisms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate the Globalscape MFT platform with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and cloud storage solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer processes, identify and resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis. Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, configuration details, and standard operating procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with file transfer-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with the IT team to perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches to the Globalscape MFT platform.Qualifications: Globalscape and JAMS experience preferred. Hands-on experience with enterprise workload automation tools. Proficiency in scripting languages and Linux/Windows environments. Experience as a MFT Developer or Administrator, with a strong understanding of managed file transfer concepts and technologies. In-depth knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTP/S. Familiarity with security concepts, including encryption, digital certificates, SSL/TLS, and access controls. Experience integrating file transfer systems with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve file transfer issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCCM Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. This position demands advanced technical expertise, strategic vision, and a proactive approach to endpoint management within a dynamic enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune solutions, ensuring a secure, compliant, and efficient workspace for all users.Key Responsibilities Design & Architecture: Plan, architect, and implement SCCM and Intune environments to meet evolving business requirements and industry standards. Lead migrations, integrations, and upgrades to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime. Endpoint Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of endpoints (server, workstations, laptops, mobile devices) including provisioning, software distribution, patch management, compliance enforcement, and retirement procedures. Policy and Profile Configuration: Develop and deploy security policies, compliance profiles, and configuration baselines using SCCM and Intune; ensure alignment with organizational security and compliance frameworks. Application Deployment: Package, test, and deploy complex applications across a variety of device types and operating systems, leveraging advanced features of SCCM and Intune. Operating System Deployment (OSD): Manage Windows operating system deployment using task sequences, driver management, and user data migration for new hardware, refresh cycles, and break/fix scenarios. Update & Patch Management: Design and implement automated processes for patching Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, addressing vulnerabilities rapidly and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Share expertise with IT colleagues through training sessions, workshops, and knowledge bases.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience administering SCCM (Current Branch) and Microsoft Intune in midsize to enterprise environments. Expert-level knowledge of SCCM infrastructure design, deployment, and operations, including management points, distribution points, and site system roles. Advanced experience with modern device management, including Autopilot, Azure AD Join, Apple Device Enrollment Program, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM) via Intune. In-depth understanding of Windows 11 deployment, driver injection, task sequencing, and user state migration. Proven expertise in packaging and deploying MSI, EXE, and modern applications, as well as managing application supersedence and dependencies. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and advanced troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access rules. Experience integrating SCCM and Intune (co-management). Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues to resolution. Strong communication and documentation skills; able to convey technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar.
