Oversee all architectural finishes works on site by consulting with client representatives. Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractor to resolve related issue. Conduct on site investigations and analyses data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other). Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. Assess potential risks, materials and costs. Provide advice and resolve creatively and emerging problem/deficiencies. Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Handle over the resulting structures and services for use. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Work in conjunction with the Project Architect who is responsible for the project. Participate in Master Planning, Site Planning and Building Design exercises. Develop and document design concepts and unique technical details. Perform building code reviews to assure and compliance. Assist in the production effort on projects from the pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents. Coordinate the work of Consultants, reviewing and developing technical details and strategies that advance high performance design and systems integration, in support of sustainable design certifications. Proven work experience as an Architectural Coordinator or similar role 0-5 years. Auto Cad Basic Photoshop Sketch Up Revit Project execution Application of academic knowledge Expertise in Auto CAD / Other architecture software B.Tech in Architecture Engineering

Having good knowledge in photoshop, CorelDraw software.Good communication skill.Assist Graphic Designer Coordinator.Design layout, including selection of colors, images and typefaces.Present design concept to client or art director.Review designs for error before printing or publishing them.
