We are seeking a VMC Operator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to ensure efficient production processes.Key Responsibilities:- **Set Up Machines:** Prepare and configure VMC machines according to specifications, ensuring tools and materials are in place.- **Operate Machinery:** Run VMC machines to produce parts, monitoring the process to maintain quality and efficiency.- **Follow Blueprints:** Read and interpret technical drawings to understand the dimensions and details required for the production of components.- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery.- **Troubleshoot Issues:** Identify and resolve any operational problems during the machining process to minimize downtime.- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly clean and perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have completed I.T.I. in a relevant field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating VMC machines.- Strong understanding of machining processes and mechanical concepts.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality output.- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
